Processing B->D(KsPiPi)h MC

Processing MC for B->D(KsPiPi)h for the new Block 1 MC with corrected Allen sequence, along with Blocks 2, 5, 6, 7 and 8.

This uses the same DaVinci options script as in our previous AP, !2086 (merged).

Note that in this AP I've changed to a DetDesc platform, in order to resolve an issue noted with the previous Block 1 MC, processed in !2086 (merged), with the DTF-constrained mass variables in the DD sample. See the issue here - lhcb/Rec#598 (closed)
