change WS_DT descriptor, don't know why last one did not trigger (supersedes !271)

The output in the last production didn't produce the wrong sign doubly-tagged tree. Seems to be because of decay descriptor so I've changed that. I downloaded the output from the pipeline and ran it through my analysis so I'm pretty sure all trees and branches are there now.
