Restrip MC for dark photons

Daniel Johnson requested to merge johndan-aprime-restripmc into master

Restrip LDST MC, removing the HLT1 filter that is particularly inefficient for the A' -> ee lines. It is intended that the stripping should flag decisions, not filter the existing candidates.

The four subjob types correspond to four dark photon productions: pi0 and eta, and involving a dark photon of two different masses each (5,50 MeV and 300,500 MeV)
