Run3 B2VG production

Updated production compared to !317 (merged).

  • Change Moore and DaVinci version to Moore/v54r2 and DaVinci/v63r2
  • Inclusive BToHHGamma line is included
  • Two reconstruction modes, w/o UT The previous ntuples can be deleted after the new merge request is finalised.

Will supersede the previous production run3_b2vg_excl, which will be archived after this production is finished.
