Run Moore and DaVinci over min bias to study MVA distribution

Martin Tat requested to merge tat/RunMinBias_B2Dh_Tat into master

We would like to study how the MVA sculpts the mass shapes of the B->Dh lines, so we're rerunning Moore without the MVA cut. The rate might be a bit high but this is expected.
