Charm Rare Decays and Prod Asym new tupling after new alignment and Moore

Similarly to AnaProd[1], the production runs Moore on the HLT1 Passthrough data with a preliminary alignment to collect data for the Charm RD lines[2], and missing decays in [1], ie. D0bar->hh decays and D0->hhpi0 decays[3].

Moore and DaVinci are configured to only run the relevant lines in the Charm module and producing the ntuples.
