BnoC: B2Kspipipi BF measurement control channel production.

This is the production of the recently generated MC control channel samples for the Branching Fraction B+ -> Ks pi pi pi. There is no superseded samples. The 2012 MagUp sample is still being produced, when it finish I'll mark this as ready.
