Scripts used in the Radiative Sub-group centralized tupling. Moved from CharmWGProd, modified to work on Analysis Productions + modifications on Conevariables and MC Tupletools

Production: 3hG MC and Data productions for Run I and Run II Data S28r2 & S34r0p1 from Leptonic stream MC of 2012 and 2016.
