New MC producion for D02HHPI0 based on a preliminary amp model

Charm: New MC production for the stripping filtered AMPGEN-based model D02HHPi0 sample (new sample) with MC Truth Information which will be used for the efficiency correction in the Amplitude analysis on the D0->PiPiPi0 (supersedes !<MR 262> and !<MR 321>). This is a production of MC with a new event type so there should be no duplication on the superseded tuples. But if any previous sample will be superseded, I could correct it further if needed.
