Lb2L1520mue V3p2 Update - New Norm MC Samples

Small update inheriting code from !640 (merged) as an update to jobs in !620 (merged).

New Lb2pK(Jpsi,Psi2s) MC samples now exist to replace old <Sim09f samples. Therefore these bkpaths have been updated and the according jobs have been enabled.

No edits to the DV code apart from a removal of f-strings due to old DV versions used for restripping.
