Lb2L1520mue V3p4 - Add Lb -> p^+K^+ll SameSign datasets

In order to validate a fitting method, we are creating a new samesign dataset for the normalisation mode(s). This retains the opposite sign leptons, but extracts same sign hadrons.

Run for all years, in pkSSMM and pkSSEE modes.

Only running these two new datasets since no other changes made to the DV options file so will access other datasets using older aprod's versions.
