BuToDDK Commissioning 23 MD (supersede !860)

The decay channel is: B+ to D+ D- K+. The data set is: 23 MD collision data set.

Previously, I forgot to save SDOCA 13 and SDOCA 23 variables for D+ candidates. In this version, I add these two variables. Apart from the above changes, no other things are changed compared with !860 (merged).
