Created analysis production for Expected 2024 Dev MC for the D* PID line

This is a production for some expected-2024 Dev MC, which I need for my work on PID calibration, i.e. optimising the HLT2 line etc.

This was based on Merge Request !836 (merged) which was ran on realistic 2023 Dev MC. I made a couple of changes to the Allen and Moore (HLT1 and HLT2) scripts, in order to include the UT (i.e. changing the Allen sequence). The tupling script is unchanged as in my previous production (ran on Upgrade MC) - Merge Request !797 (merged).
