IP/PV res prods for new 2018 MC

Michael Thomas Alexander requested to merge malexand/IPPVResMC2018 into master

Productions for IP/PV resolution studies on new 2018 MC, otherwise identical to !84 (merged).

Currently these give an error (eg here) as it seems to be looking for Link/Raw/Velo/Clusters in an ancestor file which it obviously doesn't find. I think there's a way to stop it from doing that, but I can't remember right now. It's not a problem for the jobs anyway, they run fine without this location as the sequence that uses it first checks with TESCheck if it exists.
