Add options to explicitly set pgun reco sequence in Brunel

Adam Davis requested to merge adavis_add_brunel_pgun_prop_scripts into master

Due to passing of RecoSequence through Brunel Configuration.py to RecSys Configuration.py, explicitly remove "Vertex" from the sequence, allowing propagation of the PGPrimaryVertex from Gauss and Boole.
