New G4 Physics Lists to be used in Sim10

Gloria Corti requested to merge gcorti-master-patch-09222 into master

Add new physics list to change EM to use Opt2 as provided to us by G4 (identical to what set by default in Gauss v54r3 (MR lhcb/Gauss!615 (merged)).

Also add the same for the case when switching off the LHCb physics process for the RICH to allow for RICHless and TrackerOnly productions.
