Add missing option for 2015 Turbo without TurboCalib lines

I'm kind of breaking rule by modifying existing options file, which was added recently. When I did it, I overlooked that additional option has to be set, otherwise Tesla will be unhappy and will stop processing. This is also reason, why I opted to modify options file as current one is broken and was never used in any production (it was spotted in test before production requested was created).
