Add the first ML model: VAEWithProfiles

This adds the first ML model that will be used by the setup in lhcb/Gauss!1001: VAEWithProfiles. To be tested in lhcb-sim11-fastsim. Note: adding ML models in this data package is most likely a temporary solution.
