New and updated decfiles for JpsiX0 where X0 decays to two photons.

Updated decfiles (11142213, 13142213) were never used for production before. New decfile 13142405 is a modification of 13142401, adding soft generator-level cuts.

Updated decfiles now have CC in decay-descriptor of LoKi::GenCutTool/TightCut, allowing B and Bbar to have aligned selections (before update, decfile would produce only one flavour).

New decfile 13142405, running over 1000 events:

eff = 504/4293 = 0.1174(0.0049129)

compared to 13142401:

eff = 490/3202 = 0.15303(0.0063623)

-> factor 1.3 increase of signal with the new decfile.
