New decfiles with optimised cuts for B -> Jpsi Eta(') decays
Added kinematics and acceptance cuts to several existing decfiles, incremented event type accordingly. Efficiencies are calculated with GaussJobs with 1000 events (absolute error ~ 0.5-1%), details in decfiles_eff_summary.txt.

Purity increase with gen-cuts depends on the decay kinematic and varies from 2.3 for low PHSP modes to 1.5 for modes with higher PT final state particles.
We also incorporate to this merge request three decfiles (13142405, 11142213, 13142215) from !1075 (closed). The latter request will be closed.
