New DecFile with tight cuts for the amplitude analysis Lc2pkpi Prompt

This DECFile describing Lc->pkpi decays contains additional tight cuts to select Lc->pkpi decays prompt only (not from B) with specific selections on the daughters. This allows to have an higher generator efficiency to produce a larger MC sample that is necessary to finish the review Lc->pkpi amplitude analysis prompt.
