dkfile for prompt J/psi dimuon Run 2

Vsevolod Yeroshenko requested to merge vyeroshe/jpsi_mumu_prompt into master

Dkfiles for the production of prompt J/psi to dimuon MC samples for Run 2 analysis. It is tested locally with 1000 events. The production model has been made consistent with production of J/psi and eta_c to ppbar. Production model is similar to incl_etac,pp=TightCut.dec (24102011). @groberts @gcavalle @lan @vazhovko @ausachov
