Adding B0, Bs-> mumu gamma files, with cut at 4.0 GeV for partially reco analysis

Adding two new decay files that produce B0 and Bs -> mu mu gamma decays with ISR only and with a cut in the dimuon mass at 4.0 GeV.
dkfiles/Bd_gammamumu=ISR,MassCut4.dec dkfiles/Bd_gammamumu=ISR,MassCut4.dec These are needed for the search for these decays through a partially reconstructed analysis. Note: they are equal to `dkfiles/B*_gammamumu=ISR,MassCut.dec' apart from the mass cut.
