Add new decay file for Bd to Kst0 rho0 with helicity amplitudes from Run 1 data

Adds a new decay file with event type 11104043 for the B0 -> Kst(892)0 rho(770)0 decay. This decay file uses the helicity amplitudes from the Run 1 LHCb analysis: http://arxiv.org/abs/1812.07008.
