new dkfile for Xib- -> Xic0 K- (updated Xic0 lifetime)

New dkfile for decay Xib-2Xic0K- for the Xic0 lifetime measurement. Xic0 has lifetime set to 2019 PDG average (153 fs).

Note, should not be transferred to Sim10!!
