Xtong/New decfile for B0->K+pi-pi+pi-, using FOURBODYPHSP.

Event type 11104090 has some bugs and causes the failure (https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/LHCBGAUSS-2685). I have updated this decfile using FOURBODYPHSP model, as event type 11104091.
