Modified name and documentation to reflect TAUOLA cleo instead of TAUOLA Babar
The DecFile originally written by Luca Pescatore had TauolaCurrentOption 0 but Tauola Babar in the documentation, when the current with 0 should be Tauola Cleo. Just fixing this here by modifying documentation and name
