Add cocktail dkfile for Bd_pi+pi-pi+pi-

Currently, no cocktail dkfile for B0 -> pi+ pi- pi+ pi- is present. We need a cocktail dkfile for B0 -> pi+ pi- pi+ pi- with a_1 and rho0 resonances in the AmAn of B024Pi.
