New DecFile for the Bc -> chi_c1,2 pi+ decay using SVS, STS model. Cocktail of chi_c1 and chi_c2 modes forced into J/psi gamma with proportion of 50%/50%. For chi_c2 -> gamma J/psi process TVP model is used. Many thanks to @tlatham for kind help with fixing the typo in decfile.
