Adding decfiles of the type b -> H H tau tau

Hanae Tilquin requested to merge htilquin/tautau_modes into master

Adding series of decfiles of the type B-meson to two hadrons and two taus, where the taus decay either to a lepton or to a single pion (+ neutrinos). Decfiles will be used for fine-tuning new stripping lines.
