Add two DecFiles to keep moving forward in our analyisis

Saul Lopez Solino requested to merge slopezso/Sigmab_to_LB_to_DM into master

We are commiting these two DecFiles to keep working in our analysis. We are going to need them in order to ask for a MC Request. Thanks in advance! These are for Sim09.

The neutral particles track is used to account for different decfiles already existing with the same numbers. No SM neutral particles are actually involved in these decays.
