3pi3pi and 3pimu decays of UPC tautau decays

UPC decays of tautau with Starlight. Starlight initialisation phase takes almost 25 mins so will possible fail the tests. It should be a benign problem. I took inspiration from the decfile for 49142111 for the FullGenEventCuts. However I was not quite sure what the "Keep the CEP process in MCParticles" part of the code does. So have commented it out, please advise if this should be included.

Will be great if it could be made availabe for Sim10 as well.
