Modification of DecFile Xib0_psi2SXi0,mm,Lambdapi0=phsp,TightCut.dec

Modified the decfile after carefully checking that it has not been used before. Modification to have identical cuts as in Xib0_JpsiXi0,mm,Lambdapi0=phsp,TightCut.dec Both channels are used in the same analysis and might be used for a RD search, therefore all cuts have been aligned in foresight of future efficiency ratios. DecFile has been tested again following the instructions.
