DecFiles for b-pentaquark close to threshold

Aravindhan Venkateswaran requested to merge avenkate/bPentaquark_search into master

DecFiles for b flavoured pentaquarks decaying weakly (b -> c cbar s), with mass close (and below) the strong decay threshold. 1.5 ps life time used.

Modified Xib's are used to simulate the pentaquark in the DecFiles.
