Added DECFILE for Bu->Kstmumu using FLATQ2 model without momentum cut on generator level

Added a DECFILE for B+->K*(892)+mu+mu- which uses a FLATQ2 model but does not cut on pion momentum on generator level. This DECFILE is based on the already existing DECFILE 12115179 but removes the TightCut defined in the previous DecFile.
