Changes needed for powheg configuration in Sim10

Gloria Corti requested to merge adapt_powheg_to_sim10 into Sim10

The event type is used in the QMTests and provides a template to follow to change the decay files for powheg to match how to set its specific configuration to be able to pass it to the Sim10 Gauss configurable.
