New decfiles for study B0->Jpsi pi pi K pi {pi0}

2 new dec files for the study mentioned in the title. P.S : There is a problem with the event type in case of the dec file named : "Bd_Psi2Spi0Kpi,Jpsipipi,mm=DecProdCut,PHSP.dec", while checking, the convention parser insists that the neutral flag should be 6 but according to the official documentation and our understanding we are quite sure it should be 4 and not 6. Also second file which is a similar decay works with neutral flag 4. In the committed file I use 4 but it could be an issue that may cause error and needs an experts view, we couldn't resolve it.
