Add decfiles for B->D(*)3h with resonances

Adds decay files for B0->D3pi, B0->DKpipi, Bs->DKpipi and B0->DKKpi with rough resonance structures inspired by Run 2 data. Also adds decfiles for the related B->D*-(->D-pi0)3h modes with resonance models inspired by the partially reconstructed regions of the same datasets.
