Adding Background dec files for Lb2LcLcn

Adding 4 cocktail dec files with decay modes for background studies of Lb2LcLcn. Files are split by decay head and whether or not branching ratios are know or unknown. Event types 12867410 & 12867411 are for B+ decays (Known BR & Unknown BR), Event types 11866010 & 11866011 are for B0 decays (Known BR & Unknown BR). All files have been tested locally.
