Add dec file for B+ -> etac (p p~) Lambda~0 p

A dec file for possible decay mode B+ -> etac (p pbar) Lambda0bar p, could have a BF similar to that of B+ -> J/psi (p pbar) Lambda0bar p, and a potential background for the search of B+ -> Lambda0bar p pbar p, based on dec file "Bu_LambdabarpJpsi,ppbar=HELAMP,TightCut.dec".
