add two lines for Lambda_b -> Sigmac D K studies

We would like to add two DecFiles for the study of Lambda_b -> Sigmac++ D K decays:

   add two decay files for Lb->Sigmac D K decays
   + 15298005 : Lb_Sigmac++D-K,Lcpi_pKpi,Kpipi=DecProdCut.dec
   + 15298006 : Lb_Sigmac++Dst-K,Lcpi_pKpi,D0pi_Kpi=DecProdCut.dec

These decay files have been tested locally.
