added new UPC dielectron dkfile

Murilo Santana Rangel requested to merge rangel/starlight_200MeV into master

new dielectron UPC to study low mass dielectron background for diphoton final states.

No eta_max cut is applied to study forward electrons that can bent to the calorimeter after magnetic field.

The failure in pipeline is expected since the number for this production is specific (see !1020 (merged)).
