Add a decfile for decay 26104880 : Xic0_pKKpi=phsp,DecProdCut,TightCut,tau=250fs.dec

Add a decfile for the decay of Xi_c0 -> p+ K- K- pi+, with the lifetime of Xi_c0 modified to 250 fs to increase the efficiency:

  • 26104880 : Xic0_pKKpi=phsp,DecProdCut,TightCut,tau=250fs.dec

Note: The convention of the neutral flag is broken intentionally because we are running out of extra and user flag 2610408x.
