Add the Sigma*c++ resonances in two decay files

We would like to modify two decay files for the study of Lambda_b -> Sigmac++ D K decays:

   modify two decfiles for Lb->Sigmac D K decays, add the Simgac*++ resonance
   + 15298005 : Lb_Sigmac++D-K,Lcpi_pKpi,Kpipi=DecProdCut.dec
   + 15298006 : Lb_Sigmac++Dst-K,Lcpi_pKpi,D0pi_Kpi=DecProdCut.dec

The modified decay files have been tested locally.

The existence of the Sigmac* resonances was observed in data after MR191 was merged, so we open the new merge request for the modification. Sorry for the sudden change.
