Added new dec files

The following decfiles are added for Run3 studies:

• B_s \rightarrow \phi \phi \mu^+ \mu^-
• B_s \rightarrow \phi \phi e^+ e^-
• B_s \rightarrow \phi \phi J/\psi(\rightarrow e^+ e^-)
• B_s \rightarrow \Lambda \bar{\Lambda} \mu^+ \mu^-
• B_s \rightarrow \Lambda \bar{\Lambda} J/\psi(\rightarrow \mu^+ \mu^-)
• B_s \rightarrow \Lambda \bar{\Lambda} e^+ e^-
• B_s \rightarrow \Lambda \bar{\Lambda} J/\psi(\rightarrow e^+ e^-)
• \Lambda_b \rightarrow \Lambda \phi \mu^+ \mu^-
• \Lambda_b \rightarrow \Lambda \phi J/\psi(\rightarrow \mu^+ \mu^-)
• \Lambda_b \rightarrow \Lambda \phi e^+ e^-
• \Lambda_b \rightarrow \Lambda \phi J/\psi(e^+ e^-)
• B_d \rightarrow J/\psi (\rightarrow e^+ e^-) K^{\ast} (with updated amplitude parameters from 2012)
