New decfiles for background / control channel of D*(2007)0 -> D0 ee

  • 2 of the files use the gamma conversion filter
  • 1 of the files uses the Dalitz decay of pi0. This is not explicitly mentioned in the event type number (?), so I treated it like the usual pi0 decay.
