Add 2 decfiles for studying Lc decays:

  • 15574041 : Lb_Lcmunu,pKK=AmpGen,DecProdCut
  • 15574051 : Lb_Lcmunu,ppipi=AmpGen,DecProdCut

also changed Gauss version to v49r14 in the .gitlab-ci.yml, as these files only work with v >= 49r14
