New dec files for Bs->D0Jpsi and Bu->DsJpsi decays

Merge request for Bs->D0Jpsi and Bu->DsJpsi dec files.

I'm unsure about the descriptor in Bu_DsJpsi,KKpi,mm=DecProdCut.dec. I chose one such that decparser passed all its checks, but feel it should be [B+ -> (D_s+ -> K+ K- pi+) (J/psi -> mu+ mu-)]cc.

I also chose the final two digits of the event type number such that the files passed the decparser check, but please change them if you think a different number would be more appropriate (I originally chose 13174014 and 12275047 so that they would be consecutive with the dec files for the non-resonant versions of the decays).
