Update B->D*Ds cocktails with a1 dynamics for Ds to M3pi decays

Modified four DecFiles:

  • 11896612: Bd_DstXc,Xc2hhhNneutrals,upto5prongs=DecProdCut.dec
  • 11996413: Bd_excitedDstXc,Xc2hhhNneutrals_cocktail,upto5prongs=DecProdCut.dec
  • 12997613: B+_excitedDstXc,Xc2hhhNneutrals_cocktail,upto5prongs=DecProdCut.dec
  • 13996612: Bs_DstXc,Xc2hhhNneutrals_cocktail,upto5prongs=DecProdCut.dec
  • 11896612 and 13996612 have not been used in productions yet, so their event types are kept
  • 11996412 and 12997612 have been used in productions; their event types are incremented by 1 in the last digit; the old event types are retired
