Added three decfiles for EWK studies DrellYan->mumu with a mass cut of 20 GeV (to add to existing mass cut files) Z->tautau, requiring muon with pt > 10 GeV, M(gamma*/Z) > 40 GeV DrellYan->tautau, requiring muon with pt > 10 GeV, M(gamma*/Z) > 40 GeV
